Kathy\u2019s story is nothing short of amazing and a perfect example of what happens when you give in to the process and allow yourself to be personally transformed!<\/p>\n<p>When Kathy found <span id=\"urn:text-annotation-90c6b72a-fd30-4412-a43e-df8737e9d7ad\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-organisation wl-link\" itemid=\"http:\/\/what-is.healthcoachinstitute.com\/hci\/entity\/health_coach_institute\">Health Coach Institute<\/span> and our <span id=\"urn:text-annotation-780dc37c-cfe7-468c-a839-e382a6cfed78\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-other wl-link\" itemid=\"http:\/\/what-is.healthcoachinstitute.com\/hci\/enhancedcategory\/life_coach_school\">Life Coaching school<\/span>, she\u2019d been through a lot. She\u2019d overcome Lyme disease, cancer, and arthritis; been divorced; and dealt with the care and death of both her parents. After almost working herself to death for 37 years in a service career, she was laid off. And that\u2019s just the tip of the iceberg! She shares a lot more of her personal journey on the podcast.<\/p>\n<p>One thing is definite, though. When Kathy found Carey and Stacey, she had no idea how much her life would change.<\/p>\n<p>Kathy enrolled in HCI\u2019s program and says she could never have expected the transformation she would undergo. She originally set out to help people who were dealing with the same illnesses she\u2019d overcome, but in the process of becoming a <span id=\"urn:text-annotation-cade9f85-32dc-4066-bb11-7189e1d2d304\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-other wl-link\" itemid=\"http:\/\/what-is.healthcoachinstitute.com\/hci\/enhancedcategory\/life_coach\">Life Coach<\/span>, Kathy\u2019s true purpose evolved.<\/p>\n<p>You see, Kathy has never been one to shy away from a challenge. But sometimes this resulted in making a mess of things and working too much. There were times she was working 12-16 hours a day, every day. She was doing good work, but it wasn\u2019t healthy.<\/p>\n<p>Through her Life Coach training, she learned that her greatest opponent was inside\u2014her own limiting beliefs were making her think this was just how her life would be. As her awareness of what she needed to change in her life increased, she felt herself getting closer and closer to what was supposed to be her true path.<\/p>\n<p>The personal \u201ccost\u201d Kathy paid was facing her own limiting beliefs and turning them around!<\/p>\n<p>Kathy\u2019s episode is a must-listen for anyone who is considering becoming a <span id=\"urn:text-annotation-2f84d609-3eb2-4f41-878d-777fe83a4667\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-other wl-link\" itemid=\"http:\/\/what-is.healthcoachinstitute.com\/hci\/enhancedcategory\/life_coach\">Life Coach<\/span>, but this story plays itself out over and over again in the stories we hear on our podcast. When Kathy found Carey and Stacey, she had no idea how much her life would change.\n\nKathy enrolled in HCI\u2019s program and says she could never have expected the transformation she would undergo. But sometimes this resulted in making a mess of things and working too much. There were times she was working 12-16 hours a day, every day. She was doing good work, but it wasn\u2019t healthy.\n\nThrough her Life Coach training, she learned that her greatest opponent was inside\u2014her own limiting beliefs were making her think this was just how her life would be.
